4.1. The subject of the order is the performance of construction works under the name: "Modernization of DP 4302E Chociw - Sierzchowy". The length of the section covered by the works is 1242 meters.1. The existing state of land development. The investment covers the district road No. 4302E, located on in the Czerniewice commune in the town of Chociw. The beginning of the modernized section is located behind the intersection with provincial road No. 726, then runs through the built-up areas of this town and ends at the border of Tomaszów County with Rawa County. The modernized section of the road runs through residential and agricultural areas. Currently, the road is paved with a bituminous surface, approximately 4.5 m wide. On the section of the road planned for modernization, there are cobblestone exits concrete, ground, crushed aggregate. The road in its existing condition is in poor technical condition. Numerous creeping and structural cracks were found along the entire section covered by the scope of the study. In some places there are defects in the road surface, which causes it to deteriorate erosion and deepening of cavities.
