5.1. The subject of the order is construction works entitled: Modernization of district roads in the town of Skoszewo and Konarzyny: Part 1: Modernization of district road No. 2617G in the town of Skoszewo, km 0+165 to km 0+2565.2. The subject of the order is specified in detail in the item description order, documentation and draft contractual provisions constituting annexes to SWZ.5.3. Unless in the description of the subject of the order, design documentation, technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of works, bills of quantities, explanations to tender, the Ordering Party indicates the names of manufacturers of materials, devices, products, etc., this means that the Contractor may adopt the solutions indicated by the Ordering Party or equivalent. However, the contractor must demonstrate that the materials, devices, etc. used are equivalent. Ordering party describing the subject matter of the contract by reference to the standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems referred to in Art. 101 section 1 point 2 and section 3 of the Public Procurement Law allows for solutions equivalent to those described in this respect companion words or equivalents.5.4.
