4.1. The subject of the order is to perform the task titled: Modernization of the district road No. 1099F Nowa Rola Duek for the needs of proper functioning of the communication system (road).4.2. The road in question currently has a road with a variable bituminous surface width and varied longitudinal and transverse slope along with dirt roadsides and green areas. Drainage surface roads. The route includes exits to estates, fields and internal roads. The modernized road sections are within the area road and have a variable width from 3.40 m to 5.00 m. On the modernized section there is a bus bay with a width of 2.5 m and a length of 30 m, and there are underground and above-ground utilities that do not interfere with this investment: overhead power lines, lines telecommunications, water supply network.4.3.
