1. The subject of the Agreement is the comprehensive implementation of the task of modernizing the database infrastructure of the Ordering Party's HIS system along with the implementation of new functionalities of the Hospital Information System (HIS).2. As part of the implementation of the Subject of the Agreement The Contractor undertakes in particular to: 2.1. Implementation and integration of Central e-registration.2.2. Modernization of the database engine including: 2.2.1. delivery and implementation of an enterprise-class relational database management system, 2.2.2. data migration 1:1, 2.2.3. carrying out test and production migration, 2.2.4. providing backup and recovery mechanisms, 2.2.5. providing a 36-month warranty and manufacturer support.2.3. Implementation including: 2.3.1. developing a schedule implementation, 2.3.2. installation and configuration of systems, 2.3.3. functional and integration tests, 2.3.4. production launch, 2.3.5. preparation of training materials from the implemented modules, 2.3.6. training for IT staff, 2.3.7. post-implementation support during the period stabilization.3.
