PART 1 - Expansion of the Rural Community Center in PiasecznaThe subject of the investment is the expansion of the existing facility aimed at obtaining additional space that will be used for the activities of the Rural Community Center. The planned expansion will be carried out on a rectangular plan with dimensions of 7.55 x 10.13 m. The added part was designed in a traditional construction: brick walls made of ceramic blocks, placed on a foundation slab, wooden ceiling, roof trusses with a wooden scissors structure, with slope angle 20. The detailed scope of works is included in Annex 10 to this SWZ, containing technical documentation, STWiOR, bill of quantities.
