Konarskiego 22 in Gliwice. The scope of modernization of the facility includes in particular: - preparatory works and painting of walls and ceilings, - grinding and polishing of terrazzo floors, - renovation of wooden doors, - dismantling of old and installation of new elements of electrical installations (sockets, switches, lighting fixtures), - securing the building (elevator head). The work will be carried out in an active facility where teaching and research activities take place. Therefore, it is necessary to take into account the need to thoroughly secure the spaces adjacent to corridors and staircases (especially elevators), and to fence off the spaces that are the subject of this renovation. The Ordering Party will require effective protection against dust and dust (curtains). LOCAL VISITION The Ordering Party will enable interested Contractors to carry out a site visit of the facility.
