The subject of the order is construction work consisting in the renovation of the passage between the school buildings: The scope of work includes: - demolition works, - priming, - filling of gaps in the beams, - execution of leveling and leveling layers, - execution of the first layer waterproofing, - reinforcement of waterproofing, - implementation of the second layer of waterproofing, - gluing flashings made of galvanized sheet metal, - implementation of thermal and sound insulation from polystyrene boards, - implementation of leveling layers under floors, - flooring tiles made of artificial stones, - brush cleaning of light structures, - painting of grates and balustrades, - excavation of existing foundations, - demolition of existing insulation, - stripping of external plasters, - preparation of the base for insulation, - execution of renovation plasters on the walls, - implementation of highly flexible insulation of vertical surfaces, - implementation of thermal insulation, - implementation of the reinforcing layer, - implementation of cup foil insulation, - backfilling of excavations, - tidying up the construction site.
