Tender Details

The subject of the order includes the design and modernization of the concierge building at the main entrance gate of SP ZOZ in Apache at ul. Korczaka 23 in Apache. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in the draft contract constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ and in the design documentation (PFU), which constitutes Annex No. 6 to the SWZ. The order is implemented in the design and build formula. The scope of work includes: The contractor is first obliged to develop design documentation based on: the contract (design contract, Annex No. 2 to the SWZ), an inventory carried out by itself necessary to prepare the documentation, a functional and utility program (Annex No. 6 to the SWZ), explanations to the SWZ, applicable regulations, in particular those indicated in the FUP. In the implementation phase, the Contractor based on the design documentation, perform: replacement of window joinery, replacement of window sills, replacement of entrance and interior doors, floors, ceilings and renovation of walls, change of room layout in accordance with the PFU, installation of equipment in accordance with the PFU guidelines, modernization electrical and sanitary installations, strengthening/protecting wall cracks/cracks, new façades...
