1. The subject of the order is construction work consisting in the modernization of the community center in Rocinno. The subject of the order includes the implementation of the investment based on documentation prepared for the Skoki Commune.2. The subject of the order includes in particular: Demolition works: dismantling existing tile floors, dismantling existing tile wall coverings in sanitary rooms, dismantling lighting fixtures, dismantling door leaves and door frames, dismantling sanitary facilities and disposal, dismantling radiators and disposal, dismantling of handles, dispensers, dismantling of light switches along with plastering, dismantling of existing gutters and downspouts, dismantling of roof soffit, dismantling of sinks, kitchen appliances, hood and electric boiler with protection of elements intended for reassembly, disassembly of the existing boiler together with its accessories, demolition of the partition wall in the boiler room, removal and disposal of rubble and materials from the demolition.
