Tender Details

The operation will be carried out in the community center at the Volunteer Fire Department in Gledzianwek in the Witonia commune and will consist in the modernization of the existing community center for the needs of cultural events through: 1) superstructure and reconstruction (part of) of the building by dismantling parts roof, construction of the gable wall, raising the remaining walls, construction of the ceiling, construction of a skylight and construction of a new roof structure with metal roofing, installation of gutters and downpipes; Moreover, the building in question should be constructed an additional door opening with a new door to the newly created (utility) room, which will be used as a cloakroom and for storing tables and chairs. This room needs to have a floor and ceiling (Armstrong) and lighting. 2) construction of an additional entrance from the south in place of the window opening and installation of a new door, 3) modernization and construction of an additional sanitary facility with full equipment and lighting (LED panels), Armstrong ceiling4) modernization of the main hall of the common room through:a. construction of a suspended ceiling (Armstrong) with lighting (LED panels) and painting. b. dismantling old wainscoting...
