Modernization of the Coastal Security System The subject of the order is the modernization of the Next Generation Firewall Edge Security System with the Sandbox function and the EDR system by Check Point. The description of the subject of the order, hereinafter referred to as "OPZ", has been presented in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ and in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ - Draft provisions of the contract, hereinafter referred to as "PPU". The Ordering Party requires that the service offered, including all ICT products, ICT services and ICT processes used to provide the procurement, whether as main elements or as components, elements of the environment, provision of a service or accompanying solutions, did not include: •ICT products, ICT services or ICT processes indicated in the recommendation referred to in Art. 33 section 4 of the Act of 5 July 2018 on the national cybersecurity system, stating their negative impact on the fundamental interest of state security; • an ICT product whose type was specified in the decision to recognize the supplier as a high-risk supplier referred to in art. 67b section 15 of the Act of 5 July 2018 on the national cybersecurity system, nor the ICT services or ICT processes specified in this decision. Failure to meet the above requirement results in rejection of the offer pursuant to Art. 226 section 1 point 17 or point 19 of the Public Procurement Law. To confirm the above, the Contractor is obliged to submit a List of ICT elements together with the offer, which constitutes Annex No. 3A to the SWZ.
