Tender Details

The subject of the public contract is the implementation of construction works consisting in the modernization of the internal spaces of the elementary school, specifically the vocational classrooms and related facilities, within the scope of the documentation for the implementation of the construction. The construction work concerns the practice kitchen, robotics classroom, workshop classroom, cabinet, warehouse and consist mainly of floor modifications, tiling and wall surface treatments, modifications of internal water and sewage systems, disassembly and reassembly of furnishings (washbasins, sinks, sinks, kitchen units, etc.), painting work, related demolition, disassembly and finishing works including the use of scaffolding. This is a reconstruction of the interior of the existing building, there is no intervention in the load-bearing structures or a change in the volume parameters of the building, the purpose of use of the building (primary school) does not change.
