Modernization of the citizen portal The subject of the public contract is the design and implementation of new services and functions of the existing web portal of the Citizen of the City of Zlín (Statutory City of Zlín), ensuring full electronic communication of citizens with the office, based on requirements the contracting authority, to the extent of: - new electronic submissions (e-applications via e-intelligent forms) - new applications accessible through the citizen portal - related integrations with the client's existing application equipment - support of independent a of separate modules (containers) communicating using micro services Possible consultations and multi-tasking of SMZ IS Suppliers and Operators and public administration (state), necessary for integration with the new functions and services of the Citizen Portal, will be part of the delivery solution.
