Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is: Modernization of the window running track on the premises of KS Paszowianka Budet Obywatelski edition 2025.2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is provided in Appendix No. 4 to the SWZ. If the manufacturer's name appears in the annexes to the SWZ, the products may be replace with equivalents.3. The Contractor is obliged to provide a 60-month warranty for the completed polyurethane surfaces. For the completed construction works, materials and equipment (excluding polyurethane surfaces), the Contractor is obliged to provide a minimum 36 months warranty. The warranty period for completed construction works, materials and devices (to be assessed in criterion 2) must be indicated in the offer form, but it must be given in months, and the extension of the warranty period must refer to 12-month periods (e.g. 48 months, 60 months - no longer than 60 months).4. The contractor is obliged to complete the order on the terms and conditions described in the draft provisions of the contract constituting Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ.
