Modernization of Cichej Street The contract includes the renovation of Cichej Street along with the construction of a rainwater drainage system, which will be incorporated into the existing stormwater drainage system in the road area of the district road (Czyowicka Street). The scope of work to be performed includes: - works preparatory and demolition works; - drainage; - construction of the substructure; - construction of the surface; - construction of ramps; - construction of retaining walls; - finishing works; - construction of BRD elements. The detailed scope of the subject of the order is specified in the documentation design, in the bill of quantities and the Technical Specification for Work Execution and Acceptance. The Ordering Party requires the contractor to appoint a construction manager and ensure supervision and management of construction works by persons with construction qualifications to manage construction works in the road engineering specialty to a limited extent or higher or higher construction qualifications to manage construction works in the construction specialty with unlimited or limited qualifications in the field of roads and bridges scope.
