Brief description of the procurement: The purpose of the procurement is the comprehensive modernization of the automation of the refrigeration equipment of the DGM Shipping AS factory, replacing the existing outdated control solutions with the modern Danfoss ADAP‑KOOL control platform. The project will be built centrally controllable and monitored refrigeration automation system, the central component of which is the system manager AK‑SM 880A. Modernization includes replacement of compressor units and evaporator controllers, complete reconstruction of control panels, expanded implementing protection and security functions and connecting all automation to a single Modbus RTU and Modbus TCP network. The system must ensure reliable and energy-efficient control of refrigeration equipment, archiving of temperature data in accordance with HACCP requirements, centralized alarm management and integration with the company's central monitoring and SCADA system. The solution must allow remote access, future expansion of the system, and meet current standards for industrial automation and electrical safety.
