I invite you to submit offers for the modernization of the cctv system on the premises of the Małogoszcz Cement Plant. The subject of the inquiry is the installation of new cameras with recorders on the premises of the Małogoszcz Cement Plant in places designated by the investor. (Appendix No. 02). The scope of work includes: 1. Installation and purchase of new cameras with recorders. 2. Creation of the required infrastructure. 3. Installation of active network devices. 4. System configuration. 5. Training in the use of recorders for operators and presentation of the operating instructions for all recorder functions in digital and paper form in Polish. 6. Preparation of post-construction documentation, including: · Cable identification: permanent marking of each cable connection with engraved identification plates with a precise description of the relationships of the installed cables. · Rack configuration: assigning a specific functionality to each used port in the ICT cabinets. · Site plan: preparation of a schematic map of camera location within the facility. The documentation must specify the relationships and types of connections used. Map base: preparation of a map on a geodetic or situational base, taking into account the location of buildings and key landmarks.7. Maintenance and service for a minimum of 8 years (the service contract does not cover the costs of parts after the warranty period.
