Modernization of catering operations at the MZŠ Vracov - construction work The subject of the public contract is the implementation of work consisting in the modernization of the school kitchen of the Masaryk elementary school in Vracov. Construction modifications concern mainly the interior of the building, new ones distribution of electricity, water, sewage and air conditioning. Thanks to the implementation of the project, there will be energy savings in the affected building. The subject of the public contract is specified in more detail in the project documentation (Annex No. 5 of the procurement documentation) and the list of construction works, supplies and services with a statement of measurements (appendix no. 2 of the procurement documentation). The contracting authority draws attention to the fact that the selected supplier is obliged to provide the gastrotechnology supplier with all the necessary cooperation, in particular to enable access to the construction site, coordinate the progress of the work and respect the schedule for the delivery and installation of gastrotechnology, which will take place simultaneously with the performance of this public contract. The selected contractor is obliged to adapt the organization of his work to this fact in such a way that to avoid delays or collisions. Part of the subject of the public procurement is the provision of measurement equipment for the purpose of introducing energy management according to the methodology of the Environmental Operational Program (which forms Annex No. 9 of the procurement documentation) and further user training from the point of view of operation and fulfillment of the energy parameters determined by the energy assessment (which forms Annex No. 4 of the tender documentation) during the sustainability of the project.
