The project was carried out as part of the program entitled Development and modernization of the infrastructure of the Specialist Hospital of the Holy Spirit in Sandomierz, as OK II within the KSK in to improve the availability and quality of cardiac care implemented under the National Reconstruction and Resilience Plan: Component D Efficiency, accessibility and quality of the health care system; Investment D1.1.1 Development and modernization of center infrastructure highly specialized care and other medical entities. Co-financing agreement No. KPOD.07.02-IP.10-0334/25/KPO/422/2025/4853. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in this ToR and: 1) Annex No. 2 Functional and Utility Program (FFU) together with annexes to the FFU, 2) Annex No. 3 Draft contract.4. Completion of construction works together with acceptance and obtaining the necessary permits in accordance with applicable legal provisions in this regard (if applicable).
