Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the modernization of the building at ul. Szymborska 96 in Inowrocaw in the scope of roof modernization, in accordance with the design documentation, bill of quantities and technical specification for the execution and acceptance of construction works (STWiORB).2. IN the scope of work includes: 1) demolition of sheet metal flashings; 2) demolition of gutters; 3) demolition of downpipes; 4) dismantling of roofing felt from felt; 5) supplementing fire walls and knee walls; 6) repairing the surface of fire walls; 7) supplementing external plasters; 8) replacing boards on fire walls;9) replacing beams in gutter strips;10) replacing formwork on the roof surface;11) replacing structural elements of the roof;12) making thermal insulation from polystyrene - edge and central zone;13) covering the roof with felt paper preferred and heat-welded;14) dismantling of free-standing chimneys;15) constructing scaffolding next to the chimneys;16) re-bricking the chimneys;17) constructing chimney caps;18) installing ventilators;19) dismantling the ducts protruding above the roof of the free-standing ones;20) installing the ducts ventilation panels made of aluminum sheet;21) roof flashings for fire walls;22) flashings made of galvanized steel sheet;23) flashings for roof strips...
