1.1. Name given to the order by the Ordering Party: Modernization of the building at ul. Stary Rynek 1 in the field of fire safety.1.2. The subject of the order is the performance of construction works consisting in the renovation of the town hall building in Zielona Gra. consisting in adapting the building to fire protection requirements. The scope of the order includes in particular the implementation of: a) construction works, b) sanitary works, c) electrical works.1.3. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annex No I.4 to the SWZ and in the documents referred to in point 3.4. SWZ.1.4. The subject of the order must be performed in accordance with the design documentation and the Technical Specifications for the Execution and Acceptance of Works contained in Annex I.6 to the SWZ. Note: In Annex I.6 to SWZ bill of quantities of works have also been included. The Ordering Party informs that the above-mentioned bills of quantities are only an auxiliary document - the quantities given in the bill of quantities are not the basis for the valuation of the subject of the order for the Contractor, but are only intended to determine the technology execution of works.
