The subject of the order is the performance of construction works related to the modernization of a building serving social functions in the town of Kowale, including: Task 1. Modernization of a building fulfilling social functions in Kowale - installation of a heat pump and adaptation of rooms for functions of the village community center. The detailed scope and requirements for the implementation of individual elements of the tasks are specified in: Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ), Bill of Quantities, which is an auxiliary material for calculating the lump sum price of the offer, Scope works constituting attachments to this document. The ordering party will require the use of grade I materials for the execution of the order. The contractor will be obliged to submit documents regarding the materials used to the ordering party before their installation. All the works must be performed in accordance with applicable regulations and standards. During the performance of the works that are the subject of the order, the contractor is obliged to ensure proper law and order in the area covered by the works, and compliance with occupational health and safety and fire protection regulations.
