Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the modernization of building A of the Faculty of Mechanical Technology at ul. Towarowa 7 in Gliwice. The scope of modernization of the facility includes in particular: construction of a wall in the attic with a fire-resistant door, modernization of the staircase staircase, tearing out the parquet floor and laying stoneware tiles on the ground floor and panels on the upper floors, modernization of the central heating, water and sewage, electrical installations (including lighting and evacuation), LAN; installation of air conditioning in some rooms, replacement of window joinery in the entire facility, replacement of the entrance door to the building and replacement of internal doors, construction of lightweight HPL walls (division of rooms), comprehensive reconstruction of toilets with their complete finishing, removal of window bars, preparatory works (including dismantling wainscoting), painting walls and ceilings.2. Order completion date: up to 5 months from the date of conclusion of the contract.
