The subject of the order is the modernization of the bridge along the internal road, plot no. 254.255 in the town of Opatkowice Murowane. The scope of construction works should be carried out in accordance with the design documentation and bill of quantities. The scope of work includes, among others: for:- Cleansing slopes and slopes as well as access roads from vegetation and dirt, - Cleaning the bottom of the stream under the bridge and at the inlet and outlet, - Demolishing the damaged road surface, - Demolishing the damaged cornice of the facility, - Demolishing the damaged insulation of the bridge, - Cleaning and removing the falling elements of the load-bearing structure slab, - Cleaning and anti-corrosion protection of the exposed reinforcement of the load-bearing structure slab, together with supplementing the reinforcement in place of the corroded one, - Reprofiling the load-bearing structure slab with reinforced concrete cement, - Installation of new sheet insulation on the platform slab, - Reconstruction of cornices, - Reconstruction of cornice caps, - Installation of an additional layer on the hardened asphalt foundation, - Execution of a leveling layer on the asphalt concrete foundation, - Execution of the layer more on the approaches to the bridge made of AC 16W Asphalt Concrete, - Construction of a wearing course on the bridge and approaches made of AC 11S Asphalt Concrete...
