for part 1 there are works enabling and aimed at the construction of a gas boiler room with a nominal power of 200 kW and a gas installation for building A of the Primary School in Jeziorany from the existing measurement point on the building's facade to the condensing gas boiler designed outside the building and the construction of boiler room technology inside the building, including the construction of a panel fence around the boiler and chimney and the necessary technical infrastructure on plot no. 264 rev. 1 m. Jeziorany, in Jeziorany, ul. Konopnicka 13, 11-320 Jeziorany, consisting in particular in: 1) organization and security of the work site, 2) delivery of materials for the construction of the installation, 3) dismantling works, 4) assembly works: central heating and gas installations 5) execution fencing around the cat and chimney using galvanized panels 170 cm high with a panel gate with an insert 100 cm wide, 6) tightness test of the installation, commissioning of the installation along with adjustment, 7) obtaining a decision authorizing its operation, the so-called UDT decision.
