For the implementation of the subject of the contract, the Contractor undertakes to: 2.1. use only products approved for use in construction within the meaning of the Act of July 7, 1994 Construction Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2026, item 524) and the Act of April 16, 2004 on construction products (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1213).; 2.2. providing, at each request of the Ordering Party, complete documents proving that the built-in materials and devices (products) meet the quality requirements of products approved for trading and use in construction, specified in the regulations and others, if applicable, e.g. certificates, declarations of conformity, operating manuals, approvals technical, authorizations, etc.; 2.3. perform the subject of the contract in a manner that does not violate the interests of the Ordering Party and third parties; 2.4. maintain occupational health and safety and fire protection conditions during the performance of the works. 3. The contractor will complete the order using its own materials. 4.
