The subject of the order is the modernization of bathrooms in the School Dormitory building in Stargard - renovation of bathrooms on the first and second floors of wing A of the building. The scope of this order includes: a) preparatory, demolition and dismantling works, b) construction of new walls partitions separating toilets, washrooms and utility room, c) covering of shafts and ducts, d) plastering, painting of walls and ceilings, e) execution of moisture-proof insulation, tile cladding on walls and floors, f) installation of door joinery, g) construction/replacement of water and sewage installationsh) installation of fittings and sanitary facilities, i) installation of mechanical ventilation, j) construction/replacement of electrical installations, k) installation of new lighting, l) accompanying works necessary for proper workmanship. Net area of ​​the renovated bathrooms: 1st floor 35.47 m2 2nd floor 37.10 m TOTAL 72.57 m
