I invite you to submit an offer for a comprehensive modernization of the control system and production software of the line for the production of dry mixes located at the plant in Kraków (Nowa Huta). The order includes full translation of the SCADA application and PLC code and Intouch Software Upgrade along with the delivery of computer hardware and necessary licenses development projects. Detailed description of the subject of the order. The order was divided into two key implementation stages. NOTE: Offers may be submitted only for the Full Scope of Materials. PART 1: Translation of SCADA applications and PLC code (Priority operational) Translation of SCADA software for dry mix installations into Polish (main process screens, key switches, alarm descriptions, trends, pictograms, analog measurements, configuration windows). Translation of source code comments directly in installation PLC controller. Visual correction: adjustment of pictograms and process screens for transparency and full consistency with the HRB system. Analytical optimization: development and implementation of production statistics counters and algorithm calculating the actual performance of the production line.
