Tender Details

1. Subject of the order for Part 1: Renovation works within the external stairs (main and side entrances) along with adaptation to the needs of people with disabilities in the building of the District Office in Pszczyna at ul. Korfantego 6. This is the former management building Siedlice farm from the 19th century, included in the provincial register of monuments (reg. no. A/540/65). A conservation permit was obtained for the implementation of the investment in question. Decision No. BB/815/2025 of the Silesian Provincial Conservator of Monuments of November 5, 2025. along with amending decision No. BB/300/2026 of May 4, 2026 and construction permit Decision No. 240.2026 of the Staroste of Pszczyna of May 13, 2026. Scope of construction works: 1) preparation and protection of the work area, 2) repair of walls by the main and side stairs approx. 21.3 m2 3) repair of the main stairs approx. 10.0 m24) repair of side stairs approx. 5.8 m25) painting the wooden structure of the porch above the main entrance approx. 38.4 m26) cleaning of sandstone caps on the walls near the stairs approx. 4.3 m27) installation of steel handrails approx. 25.7 m2 m8) waste disposal.
