1. The subject of the order is the modernization and reconstruction of the Park. Samujjy on plots 331/2, 335 precincts 14 in Bechatów, including construction, installation and land development works, together with the delivery and installation of small architecture elements and the implementation of greenery and technical infrastructure. The subject of the order is also the preparation of as-built acceptance documentation, obtaining from the District Construction Supervision Inspector in Bechatów a permit to use the facility or a certificate for notification of completion of construction about the lack of objections to the commencement of use of the construction facility before the completion of the subject of the contract2. The scope of the task in question includes in particular: a) Demolition works: - demolition of the existing park gazebo, - demolition the existing fountain along with the elements of the accompanying infrastructure, - dismantling the existing elements of small architecture, including benches, garbage bins and a tennis table. b) Construction and reconstruction of small architectural objects: - construction of a new recreational gazebo in the structure wooden (without additional functions), along with leveling the area and developing the surroundings, - construction of a new fountain along with reconstruction...
