1. The subject of the order is the performance of construction and installation works related to the arrangement of the financial department rooms in the existing building of the Ldzina City Hall. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Attachment No. 1, Attachment No. 1a Arrangement design and Attachment No. 1b Bill of quantities for this SWZ.2. The ordering party allows contractors to carry out a local inspection of the place of execution of the order. Participation in the on-site visit is not obligatory and is not a condition for submitting an offer.3. The site visit will take place on August 10, 2026 time. 10:00 12:00 at the place of order fulfillment.4. In order to efficiently organize the site visit, contractors are asked to notify their intention to participate by August 7, 2026 to the e-mail address: l.jacek@ledzinypl or [email protected]. The ordering party recommends carrying out a site visit before submitting the offer, because it will allow you to familiarize yourself with the conditions of order implementation, in particular the layout of the rooms, existing construction and installation elements as well as the conditions of construction and assembly of the structure furniture.6. Failure to participate in the on-site visit does not constitute grounds for rejecting the offer or has any other negative consequences...
