Tender Details

Implementation of the latest automation technology to ensure communication (4G) and its security (cybersecurity). Open adapted procedure subject to the provisions of articles L. 2123-1 and R. 2123-1 1° of the Public Procurement Code. The framework agreement with a maximum of 330, 000 euro(s) excluding tax, entered into in application of articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14. It will be executed by issuing purchase orders. Contract duration: 12 months. The execution times or delivery of services are fixed for each purchase order. Validity of offers, set at 120 days from the deadline for receipt of offers. The contract includes environmental obligations governed by the provisions of the CCAG - Supplies Current and Services. The holder must respect the elements indicated at the consultation stage as part of the environmental criterion, during the execution of the contract. This consultation may be subject to negotiation
