1. The subject of the order is the construction of a climbing wall in the Design-Build formula at the Moje Boisko-Orlik 2012 sports complex at ul. Topolowa 5 in Szczawno-Zdrój, as part of the investment project entitled: Construction and expansion of facilities sports.2. The subject of the order includes: 1) development of comprehensive, full-discipline design documentation for the hose, obtaining on its basis administrative decisions necessary for the implementation of the works, including decisions of the Provincial Office for the Protection of Monuments and decision on the construction permit, 2) performance of construction and assembly works based on the developed design documentation, 3) obtaining a document allowing use (decision on the use permit or certificate of reported completion of construction). Description the subject of the order was included in the Draft Agreement constituting Annex No. 7 to the SWZ and in the Functional and Utility Program (FFU) constituting Annex No. 8 to the SWZ.3.
