The subject of this order is: Modernization and expansion of the vital care installation in the facilities of the Witokrzyski Oncology Center in Kielce, including: organization of the construction site, execution of modernization works in accordance with the technical documentation, execution and providing the Ordering Party with complete post-completion and acceptance documentation of the completed works and instructions for use of the delivered and built-in devices. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in: Detailed designs, Specification Technical Execution and Acceptance of Construction Works STWiORB, Drawings and diagrams, Bills of Quantities. The above design documentation constitutes Annex No. 7 to the SWZ, Bills of Quantities constitute Annex No. 8 to the SWZ.
