1. The subject of the order is the modernization and furnishing of the premises at ul. Pisudskiego 3 in Subice as part of the investment project entitled: Reconstruction and renovation of the premises of the District Branch of the Pensioners' and Pensioners' Association located in the office building at ul. Pisudskiego in Subice, plot no. 1275, ID: 080505_4.0001.1275 (under the budget task: Active future integration and employment in the G-7 area (FELB.06.16-IZ.00-0010/25-00 European Social Fund Plus). 2. Modernization concerns rooms indicated by the Ordering Party at ul. Pisudskiego 3 in Subice - plot no. 1275, district no. 1, city of Subice, and its detailed scope includes, among others: moving the door opening and enlarging one of the rooms by part of the corridor, removing one walls as in the attached documentation, and then equip the rooms in accordance with the Ordering Party's guidelines. Modernization works include general construction works as well as electrical, telecommunications, water and sewage installations.
