1. The subject of the order is a project called "MODERNIZATION AND DEVELOPMENT OF MEDICAL INFRASTRUCTURE FOR HIGHLY SPECIALIZED CARDIOLOGICAL CARE IN "CENTRUM MEDICNE W ŁAŃCUCIE" SP. Z O. O” in accordance with the description and requirements contained in the Annexes No. 2, i.e. in the assortment and price forms and in Annexes No. 10 under the name "List of required technical parameters for SWZ. Application number KPOD.07.02 - IP.10 - 0063/25 The project is implemented as part of the D1.1.1 investment. National Recovery and Resilience Plan - component D "Efficiency, accessibility and quality of the health care system", AGREEMENT No. KPOD.07.02-IP.10-0063/25/KPO/2070/2026/180, 2. Annexes No. 10 (from 10.1. to 10.4.) describe the required technical parameters absolutely required and technical parameters scored.
