1) The subject of the order is the supply of medical equipment for the Lubuskie Specialist Pulmonology and Cardiology Hospital in Torzymu Sp. z o. o. as part of the project entitled "Modernization and development of medical equipment to meet the needs of diagnosed patients "cardiological" implemented under the National Reconstruction and Immunity Plan: Component D "Efficiency, accessibility and quality of the health care system" Investment D1.1.1 "Development and modernization of the infrastructure of highly specialized care centers and other medical entities" 2) Ordering Party pursuant to Art. 257 of the Public Procurement Act indicates that it may invalidate the contract award procedure if the public funds that the contracting authority intended to allocate to finance all or part of the contract in within the above-mentioned sources of financing were not granted to him. 3) Place of delivery: Lubuski Hospital Specialist Pulmonology and Cardiology in Torzymu Sp. z o. o. ul.
