The subject of the order is the execution of the task entitled: Modernization of the agricultural access road - plot No. 118 of the Czarnystok district, commune. Jasionwka, Moniecki poviat, Podlaskie voivodeship implemented with funds from a targeted subsidy from the voivodeship budget Podlaskie for tasks in the field of protection, reclamation and improvement of the quality of agricultural land.1 The scope of the investment covered a section of the access road with a total length of 1, 010 m, with a road width of 5 m and a shoulder of 0.75 m on both sides of the road located with ditches drainage 0.5 m x 0.5 m for plot no. geod. 118 Czarnsytok district, commune Jasionwka. The planned works include the following scope of works: - profiling and compaction of the subsoil, - execution of a 10 cm thick drainage layer of sand, - execution 15 cm thick road course made of 0/31.5 screed, - construction of triangular drainage ditches 50 cm x 50 cm on both sides of the road, - removal of gases 10 m3, - installation of exit and transverse culverts with a diameter of 40 cm, length 6m, 8m, 9m in total 212 m, - execution as-built cost estimate.2.The detailed scope of tasks to be performed under the order is described in the design documentation...
