I. The subject of the order is: execution of construction works as part of the investment project called: Modernization of the access road to agricultural land at ul. Ciska in Pinczyn. II. The investment will be implemented in: voivodeship. Pomeranian Voivodeship, Starogard County, commune Zblewo, Pinczyn area, ; in accordance with the attached documentation and overview maps and OPZ. III. Contractor's obligations 1. Before starting the works, the Contractor agreed with the Municipal Department of the Zblewo Commune on the exact location of the wells and valves of the water and sewage network in order to regulate them, and on the day of final acceptance, a report confirming the correct regulation of these wells and valves issued by the Municipal Department of the Zblewo Commune will be presented.2. While carrying out road works, the Contractor will appropriately protect existing roads against damage technical infrastructure located in the road, with particular attention to the gas network. Appropriate protective materials should be used, e.g. protective pipes.3. Geodetic reconstruction of the road and as-built inventory.4.
