The detailed scope and method of execution of the subject of the order are specified in Essential Provisions of the Agreement (IPU) constituting an annex to the SWZ and documentation constituting an annex to the SWZ (OPZ), which consists of: 1) design documentation/detailed design 2) bills of quantities; 3) technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of the works (hereinafter referred to as STWiORB) including detailed technical specifications (hereinafter referred to as SST).3. As part of the execution of the subject of the order, the Contractor is obliged to perform all works necessary for the proper implementation of the subject of the order, including preparatory works, auxiliary and accompanying materials, even if they are not expressly indicated in the design documentation or bill of quantities, and are necessary to perform the order in accordance with the principles of technical knowledge and applicable regulations.4.
