1. The subject of the order is the performance of construction works related to the modernization of district road No. 2124E Oporw Kolonia Kutno on the section from km 4+485 to km 5+485. Road No. 2124E is a district road of class Z.2. The detailed description of the subject of the order is: 1) Description subject of the order, Annex No. 1A to the SWZ;2) Technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of works (SST), Annex No. 1B to the SWZ;3) Bill of quantities, Annex No. 1C to the SWZ; (Note: due to the lump-sum nature of the remuneration, the Ordering Party provides the bill of quantities as informational material.
