The contracting authority has divided the public contract in the sense of § 35 and § 101 of the Act into parts: Part 1 - dry massage bath Part 2 - motor splints and motor meds Part 3 - rehabilitation walkway Each part of the public contract is a completely separate subject of the contracting authority's procedure in the procurement process management. The supplier is entitled to submit an offer for one, two or all parts of the public contract. Subject of performance of the public contract Part 1 - dry massage bath The subject of performance of part 1 of the public contract is the delivery of a dry massage bath. The subject of the fulfillment of part 1 is public of the order is specified in more detail in the business and payment conditions (attachment to the procurement documentation) and in the specification of the subject of performance (attachment to the procurement documentation). Part 2 - motodlahy and motomedy The subject of performance of part 2 of the public contract is delivery of knee splint, shoulder splint, motomed for upper and lower limbs and motomed for upper and lower limbs in bed.
