Project Description:
Crnogorski elektrodistributivni sistem DOO Podgorica (“DSO” or “CEDIS”) has received a loan from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (“the Bank--) and use its proceeds completion of the modernisation of the distribution network in order to transit towards a fully functioning smart grid system.
