Tender Details

The framework agreement will be executed by issuing purchase orders, for a period of one year renewable 3 times. Services are paid for by unit and fixed prices. The Savoisien Museum preserves a rich collection of costumes, clothing, accessories fashion and sports equipment. This contemporary collection includes reconstructions of medieval clothing, mountain sports outfits and Savoyard costumes. The expected service is the modeling, every six months, of clothes presented in the permanent exhibition of the Savoisien Museum and in the temporary exhibition spaces. These rotations must take place over two specific periods: at the beginning of December (the weeks preceding the school holidays) and in June (before the period summer). A maximum of seven outfits can be modeled per rotation, but this number can be reduced when on loan for example
