The Päijät-Häme welfare area is asking for offers for mobility aids. The following procurement groups are the subject of the tender request: 1. Walking sticks (12030301) 2. Crutches, for adults (120306) 3. Walking frames, requirement level 1: Supportive basic rollators for indoor and for outdoor use (12060603)4. Walking frames, requirement level 2: Basic rollators for indoor and outdoor use (12060603) 5. Basic cross-frame wheelchairs (12220301) 6. Cross-frame active wheelchairs (12220301) 7. Lowered wheelchair so-called pushchair (12220301) In the "Procurement target criteria" section of the request for tenders, the mobility aids to be procured, the requirements set for them and the estimated annual consumption are defined in more detail. The stated consumption amounts are not binding on the subscriber, the products will be procured in batches according to needs. The tenderer cannot offer the same product to different procurement groups (e.g. basic wheelchair and active wheelchair), but the tenderer must choose from his selections for each procurement group in terms of quality and the most appropriate product in terms of operational characteristics. The length of the contract period is two (2) years. In addition, the Subscriber has the option to extend the contract for an option period that is valid until further notice. A separate decision will be made about the option period. Contract period the expected start is 1 January 2027.
