In order to strengthen the state border control system, in accordance with the standards of the European Union and the principles of integrated border management, as well as for the continuous modernization and technologization of capabilities operational, it is necessary to expand the use of mobile surveillance systems. Mobile border surveillance systems represent integrated technological platforms, intended for monitoring hard-to-reach or high-risk sectors, where fixed infrastructure is insufficient or non-existent. They operate as autonomous units, configured for rapid movement and operational deployment based on the dynamics of threats, including illegal migration, smuggling or other activities illegal cross-border.
