Mobile telephony 2027-2030 The subject of the Public Contract is the conclusion of one (1) framework agreement for the provision of voice and data mobile telecommunications services via the GSM network of a mobile operator for the Contracting Authority and the contracting authority. Framework the agreement will be concluded with one (1) selected supplier in accordance with § 134 of the Act, i.e. a procedure without the renewal of competition between participants in the framework agreement.
