Mobile as a Service The employees of the city of Graz and its companies (“Haus Graz”) need new cell phones, tablets and data sticks/mobile routers at irregular intervals. This need should be met through calls from the framework agreement in question be ensured. The cell phones and tablets must be activated for all Austrian mobile networks. As soon as successor models or new technologies come onto the market, the contractor will be able to access them by the client Damaged hardware parts must be repaired by the contractor.
