Mobile phone delivery Mobile phone delivery. Deliveries of devices and accessories - 24 months, counted from the date of conclusion of the Agreement. Mobile phones and accessories must be delivered to the Ordering Party in original and undamaged packaging protecting them against damage during transport; Mobile phones and accessories delivered by the Contractor must be brand new and unused, manufactured no earlier than 12 months before the date of delivery, and free from physical defects and legal; The Contractor guarantees that the supplied mobile phones and accessories will be approved for use in Poland and will have the necessary approvals and certificates required by Polish law for their safe use; Delivery costs to the Location indicated by the Ordering Party (including costs of packaging, insurance, transport, customs duties and others) are borne by the Contractor; The Ordering Party reserves the right to place orders in 4-6 tranches, within a period of 24 months from the date of conclusion of the Agreement; Doc Title: Delivery of mobile phones Contract Type: supplies
