1.0 Introduction
This is a Sources Sought Notice only. It is issued solely for information and planning purposes - it does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) or a promise to issue an RFP in the future. This request for information does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service whatsoever. Further, the Government is not at this time seeking proposals and will not accept unsolicited proposals. Offerors are advised that the U.S. Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this Sources Sought.
2.0 Background and Scope
Area Support Group - Jordan requires a mobile mass notification capability for deployment. The purpose of this procurement is to acquire two (2) Mobile High-Powered Speaker Stations (MHPSS) and associated communication and control equipment. These systems will provide essential mobile mass notification capabilities for the base to ensure personnel safety and effective incident response.
Scope of Work:
The Contractor shall provide support to the ASG-J Jordan Directorate of Logistics by furnishing the following capabilities:
Mobile High-Powered Speaker Stations (MHPSS) Trailer Units - Quantity: 2
Mobile Central Control Unit (MCCU) - Quantity: 1
200W Solar Power Packages - Quantity: 2
Conventional Radios (VHF/UHF Analog) & Cellular 4G LTE-A Routers - Quantity: 3 each
Associated batteries, antennas, cables, and installation/start-up services.
